Location: Centurion Momentum unveils plan to fund empowerment program for staff


Role Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Investo product content to enable self-service and training of various stakeholders. This will ensure that consultants, advisers and client services have the appropriate knowledge of the Investo products, our processes and various self-service capabilities


Responsibilities and work outputs

•Translate technical product content into appropriate training material in collaboration with the various Training departments.

•Develop and maintain information on product, process, and self-service functionalities for the various audiences. This will include technical guides and marketing and awareness communications.

•Design Training material on Investo’s various self-service functionalities.

•Collaborate with the various subject matter experts to develop process training material.

•Ensure that the training facilitators have the appropriate understanding of the training material.

•Facilitate the design of appropriate assessments.

•Develop and maintain user guides of the various self-service functionalities.

•Develop and maintain Frequently Asked Questions documents for digital consumption.

•Ensure ongoing training and evaluation of knowledge levels using innovative techniques to deliver the content and monitor the knowledge improvement.

•Ensuring effective and consistent service delivery and support to both internal and external clients in line with the Company Values and Treating Customers Fairly principles.

Competencies required

Ability to explain complex technical information in a simple yet appropriate level for the specific audience., Achievement orientation ;Client-centric and focus on proving excellent customer service ;Excellent analytical and communication skills ;Results and solution focused ;A passion for marketing.; Innovative; Managing own performance and development.

;Sound numerical skills and computer literacy is essential especially in the use of MS Excel and MS Word


Experience and Qualifications

•BCom degree with Maths/Stats/Economics will be an advantage.

•Investo product knowledge will be an advantage.

•Marketing qualification would be an advantage

•Experience in content development and content management.

•At least 5 years’ relevant experience in the Life Insurance and Financial Services sector.

•Proficiency in insurance/investment products, contracts and knowledge of the relevant industry legislation and relevant industry agreements are essential

•Experience in digital delivery of marketing and training content.

•Training experience will be an advantage
