The Supervising Associate role is a key member of the team responsible for coordinating and/or leading the design and deployment of system solutions, testing and implementation of EY HR systems.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • To lead requests for enhancements to SuccessFactors Field Glass and with a view on SF Employee Central Core HR, from a function perspective in working with the business and technical configuration requirements
  • Develop definition of project scope, lead the creation of a realistic timelines, and objectives and the involvement of all the relevant stakeholders
  • Define the project team based on the requirements and support the engagement of resources
  • Monitor changes for project scope, schedule and take appropriate actions
  • Identify risks to critical path and document to support the creation of contingency plans
  • Lead the creation, maintenance and sharing of comprehensive project documentation, ensuring high quality and a low rate of review cycles
  • Responsible for analysis and design in all its phases, from the collection of functional and technical requirements to the recommendations on improving process, efficiency and leading practices
  • Responsible for supporting the build and configuration phases based on the agreed technical specifications
  • Lead all the phases of testing: Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing
  • Conduct training needs Analysis and define training plan and identifying participants
  • Lead the software transition from the project to BAU maintenance and handover to Product Support
  • Configure SAP Fieldglass and Core HR and other systems in the SF landscape as per agreed and approved specifications

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have

  • 5-10 years’ experience within the HR function with a focus on HRIS Project
  • Excellent understanding of SF Employee Central Core HR solution and configuration
  • Excellent understanding of SAP FieldGlass
  • Project Management skills
  • Demonstrate effective communication, problem solving, analytical skills and leadership skills
  • Proficient in using business English
  • Experienced in effectively leading, coaching, conflict management, dealing with ambiguity, negotiation and decision making

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Preferable to have Associate level SAP Successfactors certification in Successfactors Core HR and other BizX modules and Fieldglass.
