Orchestrate the launches and push growth of pillar products, to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship. Develop one’s product, market and consumer expertise and knowledge of one’s organisation.

  • Collect, analyse and report monthly and adhoc (when needed) on consumer and market insights as well as key/new entrants competition strategies to senior product manager
  • Propose and monitor success to provide real time insights/recommendations on marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
  • Drive new launches (specifically individual priority franchises), maintain growth in pillar products within your franchise accountability and animate. In addition to assisting SPM on implementing new launches and ensuring continuity of growth for core catalogue
  • Accountable for full POS for portfolio, from ideation to execution and monitoring success thereof with key insights to communicate to SPM/ relative stakeholders to fuel brand
  • Mobilise and collaborate with other departments (sales, logistics, field team, education, etc. )and partner agencies to drive broader business strategy; meet the deadlines
  • Adapt the communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale)
  • Manage PPP budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy
  • Effectively prepare clear messages for the SPM/ Stakeholders
  • Drive social media content strategy, specifically always on and key individual brand priorities to ensure fully successful campaigns delivered OTIF
  • Liaise and manage process with relative internal stakeholders on content/artwork adaptions and packaging to meet needs of brand specifications
  • Develop one’s knowledge of the L’Oréal organization, get to know the culture, develop one’s expertise in marketing, project management, operational excellence with one’s manager and team support
  • Ensure implementation of trade marketing plan and tracking executions thereof
  • Raising POs for brand and ensuring delivery OTIF within budget limitations

    • Able to work flexible hours to meet deadlines

Education, Knowledge & Experience

  • B Degree in Marketing or similar
  • 2 – 3 years marketing / sales experience essential
  • Computer literate on MSOffice – Excel proficiency MANDATORY
