JOB PURPOSE:

To provide operational and administrative support to Hollard’s Portfolio Management function. You will lead the Investment Operations & Asset Admin team and will be responsible for the reporting and delivery of operations processes and policies, governance, and legal and finance procedures to ensure seamless delivery of fund operations and administration activities. This team is also responsible for the production of portfolio, performance, regulatory and tax reporting for all investment assets.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

– 5 years relevant experience in an operations / asset admin role with understanding of business reporting
– Experience with asset / investment administration systems and service providers
– Experience managing a team

– 10 years relevant experience in an operations management role will be an added advantage
– Experience in Asset Management, Investment Management, Operations, Compliance etc. will be an added advantage
Strong stakeholder engagement experience

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

A Bachelor of Business Science or Bachelor of Commerce Degree
