Job description:

To reliably and accurately support all the members of the Talent Management
team in coordination and administration of all people processes and practices.


– Matric essential
– Tertiary qualification in HR or Administration

Ideal experience:

– Minimum of 3 years working experience in an administrative or secretarial role
– Experience in a HR environment, preferably financial services

Competency and ideal personal attributes:

– A stickler for detail
– Able to build effective relationships with internal and external service
– Integrity and discretion
– Reliable
– Proactive and able to use initiative
– Keen to learn and take on responsibility
– Ability to work accurately under pressure
– Proven strong organisational and admin experience
– Strong PC skills especially on Excel

Systems knowledge:

– Working understanding of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook is advantageous
– Database experience is also an advantage
– HR system experience including recruitment portal experience
– Social media platforms liked Linked In

Most important attribute:

– Accuracy and attention to detail coupled with exceptional organisational skills
